As we approached the courthouse, traffic got thicker, certain roads were closed, and then we saw some street fair thing going on. We parked a couple of blocks away and walked to the courthouse. The closer we got, the louder the music got. And then we found the cake. And the singer. We didn't expect them to be right next to each other. So this pic was taken a short distance from the cake. You never know what to expect.
