012 - St. Anthony's Medical Center (St. Louis, MO)

Lots of people around, so I played the Good Dad and told them to stay off the grass ground.  That's why they weren't right next to the cake.  I had a short conversation with a lady after this picture about trying to get kids to smile for pics.  This one turned out decent.
